Unemployment rates for people with epilepsy are at least 34% often higher,sometimes due to the myths regarding people with epilepsy.

Most people with epilepsy can have fulfilling jobs. They may have to make extra efforts to get and keep them. This is a big challenge but the rewards of self-esteem, supporting the family, affording health insurance, etc are worth the challenges.

Assessing your qualifications may be a good start. Knowing you strengths and weaknesses can give you a direction to look for a career. There are several web sites available with helpful information.
